How to Order

Memorial pieces, thoughtfully crafted to honor and memorialize loved ones.

This is how the process works.

  1. Please take a look at the memorial jewelry styles in the shop

  2. If you know your ring size, please select it from the drop down. If you are unsure of your ring size, please select UNSURE. You will need to see a local jeweler to confirm your size, or you will need to add on a “moment kit”, that will include a plastic ring sizer.

  3. If you want to coordinate your own shipping, you can (details on shipping will be provided after purchase on how to ship them).

  4. If you would rather have shipping included, please add a “Moment Kit” to your cart. Each kit will include a small glass container for your loved ones ashes, a scoop to retrieve the ashes, a ring sizer, a beeswax eco friendly candle to light in their honor, all shipping costs; including a prepaid label to return the glass containing ashes via 1-2 Day Priority Mail Express.

  5. After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation letting you know your order was successfully submitted and will provide you with your order number. Within 48 hours, you will receive a detailed order confirmation that explains the remaining steps.

 FAQs

  • A very small amount of ashes is used in the creation process. I usually ask for about 1 tsp if you can. If you are able to provide more, 3 tsp is preferred and that is helpful especially for larger pieces. All remaining cremains will be carefully returned.

    Additionally, we strongly suggest keeping a small amount of ashes stored away so that they are available should your piece ever need to be reset or replaced for any reason or, for rings, resized. If you do send us all of the ashes that you have, please be sure to let us know this so we are aware and can take extra precautions.

  • You are not required to purchase a “moment” kit. The moment kit is completely optional and can be added on to your order. The moment kit includes the following:

    Prepaid return shippping

    • This means, when you return the ashes, all you have to do it place the glass containg the ashes in the provided box, affix the provided shipping labels to the box, place in mailbox, or take to local USPS.

    Small Scoop (size of the scoop does not determine how much of the ashes are needed)

  • The turnaround time is currently 4-6 months.

    This is a very careful and detailed process, each piece created by hand from start to finish in a small homemade jewelry bench. The glass is handblown individually and carefully kilned to allow for the test of time. Each setting is made with .925 Sterling Silver and created one by one in an atmosphere that honors your loved one in every step.

  • Yes! Making jewelry with items other than ashes requires me to offer resin jewelry. Within the memorial jewelry category, you will find a “Custom Resin Piece” option. You can choose to add an item other than ashes such as fur, powdered breast milk, teeth, flowers, or other.

  • Each jewelry piece is made by hand and not by a robot :) What you see when ordering may vary slightly as pictured as each individual piece is different, just like your loved one.
